What Causes Constant Headaches And Dizziness Following By Balckout?

Sir, I am a 39year old working class man and I am facing a really terrible situation which medical practitioners in my country could not diagnose. It all started July 2009. I was in my office working with a computer, all of a sudden I lost control over myself, every noise within my environment became so loud that it was as if I was going to collapse. This lasted for 2 two minutes and it stops. I was very scared because I have not encounter situation like this before.
The next day I experienced same thing and it affected my left foot through my left leg to my left belly and left hand leaving a cramp on my left foot till today. Infact I fell down and could not move. I was rushed to the hospital immediately. Initially the doctors thought it was high blood pressure which might probably be a sign of stroke, but when the result of the test came out it was all negative.
Though I was treated and the situation subsided and I was able to walk and started work two weeks later, from that day till now I have not been myself as headache and dizziness comes up every hou.r I am tired and scared of this situation. Sir pleases what is wrong with my brain or the likely cause of this. Please help me.
