Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with sneezing and coughing. These symptoms indicate probable sinusitis as a cause for headache.
This requires examination by a ENT doctor to find out the underlying cause and treatment.
Do consult your ENT doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
