Hi, The head ache can arise from stress, weather, sinus pressure or inflammation of an artery. Sharp/unbearable pain in temporal area is mostly due to Temporal arteritis. Usually apart from Pain killers available on counters, corticosteroids are prescribed to relieve inflammation. Calcium ,Vit. D help for boney weakness. Yoga.relaxation techniques, deep breathing,Acupuncture are alternative therapies. Thanks.
