What Causes Constant Heart Palpitations And Tightness In Chest?

Hi there ive had what feels like heart palpitatons on and off for 18 months. I ve had costocondritus due to acid reflux caused by helicobacter plyori ive had an endoscopy and had antibiotics but my chest still feels tight and I still feel like my heart pounds frequently. I ve had various ecg s and everything was fine. Any answers??
