hi
with continuous discomfort pain in the chest, it can be due to gastritis or any cardiac problems,
you can start on antacids, or proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole,
if the discomfort does not reduce, please undergo a cardiac evaluation, to rule out any cardiac problem with a cardiologist.
please avoid salty, oily, spicy foods, stress.
all the best
take care
