What Causes Constant Pain In Midback, Ribcage And Stomach While Breathing?

For the past three days I have had constant pain/ache in my midback. I'm also having pain

in my right ribcage and stomach when breathing. I have not been able to sleep in any position that doesnt cause spasms or pain. Any suggestions? I'm thinking Pleurisy or gallbladder maybe even a sublexed rib. I have no recollection of any recent injury and this came out of the blue. Thanks in advance
