What Causes Constant Pain In Right Side Of Chest?

Hi I have a pain in the right hand side of my chest wich us constant. It hurts to move and I gota press on it when I cough cause its like a knife going in and twisting. It's only on one spot though. When I stand normally it's like a throbbing pain that contracts my stomach mucels. I krinch when I do sudden movements

I can understand your concern.
Your chest pain is associated with movements, so possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
But better to get done chest x ray first to rule out lung related causes because your pain is also associated with cough.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung diseases.
Musculoskeletal pain is more likely in your case.
So avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
