General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
What is your age? Are you married? Do you have burning in urine? When was your last sexual encounter, if at all and was it protected or not?
Answers to these questions will help me to answer your questions properly.
It could be Urinary tract infection or a Varicocele or Hernia?
Any swelling in the testicles or above them?
You should get Urine RE and Culture tests done and get examined by a Surgeon. This should be able to tell whether anything is wrong and then treatment can be initiated.
Once the test reports are available then you can upload it on the site by asking a specialist query if you need further advice.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
