What Causes Constant Pain On Both The Feet And Calf?

I have constant pain in both feet and right calf. Sometimes feels like fluid running down inside of leg. No one can tell me what is going on they can t find anything wrong. A chiropractor said it is muscle knots. Sometimes pain is so bad can t walk. Any advice.
