What Causes Constant Pain Right Above The Belly Button?

Hello im 20 and for the past 2 days I've been having a constant pain right above my bellybutton on the right side,, it happens every 15 minutes and its very intense! I also have nausea, diarrhea and headache n a little bit of light headed sometimes I get really dizzy do u know wat could be wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of abdomen pain with diarrhea, vomiting or nausea, could be due to infection so I would suggest the following treatment, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, Tab Domperidone 20 mg as per needed for nausea and vomiting, Tab Dicyclomine for abdomen pain, hope this information helps.
