What Causes Constant Redness In Eyes?

My eyes is always red and i am getting treatment from one of the best Hospital, since from 1 year all kinds of blood check up and Immunology checkup has been done all the reports is normal and Negative, so please tell me why my eyes always red and is there any other best way to find out the root cause for this, pls pls help me in this case

Allergy infection foreign body, will cause red eye. but all will have other symptom like discharge pain , itching etc. since in your case only redness is the symptom then it is vaso constriction.still you can use cromal eye drop. 2times daily, and observe for the result.
