Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion, the numbness in the hand could be related to a pinched nerve. For this reason, I recommend performing nerve conduction studies in order to examine your nerves. Regarding the ringing, I would recommend trying ginkgo biloba supplements to help improve the situation. In the meantime, it is necessary taking daily baby aspirin in order to prevent future strokes.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
