What Causes Constant Stomach Ache And Cramps And Loss Of Appetite?

Hello, Ive always had stomach problems, but lately they are unbearable. I have stomach cramps all over my abdomen, I have diarrhea, hard stool, and (a majority of the time) soft stool with a lot of food particles in them. Im ALWAYS nauseous, I cant even look at food the same. I never want to eat, I never want to go out. Everything makes my stomach feel sick. I have had a colonoscopy, and nothing was found besides some hemorrhoids. Ive been allergy tested and I never eat those foods. A lof of times my arms or legs will ache when my stomach does. Ill feel SORE. Any advice or suggestions?? Does this sound like anything?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of stomach problems which includes cramps, alternate diarrhea and hard stools, undigested food in stools, nausea, does not want to eat, stopped the foods for which allergy was found on testing, colonoscopy was normal .
All these symptoms look to be due to IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
I would advise you the following:
Get other tests too:
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Tests of blood particularly for CBC, sugar, thyroid, liver and kidney functions.
Is the tests find anything positive, get treated accordingly.
If all the tests area negative, get the line of treatment on the basis of IBS.
