What Causes Constant Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

My doctors aren t having any success and I m almost at the end of my rope. Stomach cramps, diarrhea constantly now. This also included large amounts of uric acid (red flakes small stones) crystals in my urine until I started taking Pantoprazol every day starting a month ago. Now I developed severe flu like symptoms about a week ago and haven t shaken these yet. Flu now or next level. Frequent violent cough, black stools,sneeze, aches and pain in back, legs, and waist. Fever. Horrible acid taste in my mouth. Food taste bad. I had a upper endoscopy and colonoscopy recently with 5 polyps removed. Chest Xray no results yet.

* The possible issue seems here to be systemic inflammatory reaction from
various reasons, the prime factor likes to be hormone imbalance with gut
flora disturbances and immune suppression.

I would like further comments with all details of reports of scopy with biopsy and lab tests if available.
