ENT Specialist Dr. Jayita Poduval's  Response
Disproportionate thirst could be brought on by post- traumatic stress caused by hormonal imbalance but get your blood sugar checked for diabetes because polydipsia or increased thirst is one of the first symptoms of diabetes, and the diabetes itself may have been triggered by recent stress.
