What Causes Constant Tiredness And Weakness?

Im nearly 29 and for as long as I can remember i have always been a very tired person but over the past few years I feel tired even after sleeping and I tend to feel quite weak. I have no motivation and even when I do get up to do something I sometimes feel weak so I need to sit down again. Im getting worried because no one else I know of my age are like this. I feel like an old woman!
