I seem to have this constant urge to pee, whenever I do there is this sharp and burning sensation at the tip of my penis. I have never had sex but had to go into surgery to remove a testicle after tesitcular torsion had happened. I have gone to see my doctor twice and have found no traces of bacteria in the urine culture. How should I plan to treat this and should I go see my doctor again to make sure it isn t something more serious.
