What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate?

I always feel like I need to pee and sometimes I actually do but sometimes it s barley anything. Towards the end of peeing I get this weird intense sensation in my vagina.I m 14Virgin It s almost been 3 years of having my period.I ve never had any problems like this before.I have low iron levels but other than that I m fairly healthy.
