What Causes Constant Urinating Sensation And Urinary Bleeding After Sex?

after having sex with my partner i had profuse urinary bleeding and discharge d day after....and had constant feeling of peeing with funny sensation in clitoris region...i also had taken an i pill after sex...but later d bleeding stoped with only drops of blood bt yet i have pain after peeing am scared and confused.my age is 19,female,married
