What Causes Constant Urination And Constipation?

i have to pee constangly and im constopated. when i pee i can get particles in it and some white drops which are opaque. i can partivles in my pee too. no painful urination althought i do feel like i need to go all the time. Im also very bloated.

You have problem of white opaque color of urine that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Bladder infection or inflammation may cause constant urination problem. Urodynemic test that helpful to know capacity of bladder and urethra to relive urine.

In diabetes frequente urination problem may occurs. You have constipation problem also. Constipation problem may cause bloted stomach and other abdominal problem.
If constipation problem is chronic than you have to consent gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Proper history and physical examination and history give exact idea.
Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose.
