What Causes Constant Urination?

hi, i havee a problem i dont know wwhat it is i have kept consistantly urinating since monday and it has got really really painful as soon as i releasethe small amount of urine i need to go again i noticed on tuesday there was blood in my urine and still is today,,my urine looks like water please help,emma

Various things like kidney stones, urinary tract infection, stricture urethra etc have to be ruled out in your case based on your symptoms. But, as there is blood in urine, main thing to rule out is glomerulonephritis which is serious and is inflammation of kidney tubules.
