Hello, Thanks for letting us know your health concern. During the initial months after commencing hormone contraception, abnormal menstrual pattern is observed. As the body adjusts itself to the altered hormone milieu, the rhythm is back. In your case, the disturbance seems to be persisting for a longer period. You can try styptics for cessation of the bleeding/spotting. If there is no result and if the bleeding persists, you may have to change the mode of contraception for a more compatible one. Please see a specialist for further management. Take care.
