What Causes Constant Vaginal Discharge?

Not sure how to ask this. I am a 52 tear old woman. I don t think I have a yeast infection but I am always wet , like geared up for sex all the time. I thought when you got older you were supposed to have vaginal dryness not constant vaginal wetness. There is no discharge, no odor, itching, nothing like that. I ve had pap smears and everything is always normal. Is this something I should get tested?

Is it just the vaginal moistness or are you also almost always aroused? If so, then this could be a condition called persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) and will require medical attention.

But if at all it is just related to a well lubricated vagina at all times, this could be caused due to hormonal fluctuations caused at your age. Do not worry, as long as it does not cause any other symptoms, this phase shall surely pass.
