What Causes Constant Watery Eyes?
My friend s eyes water constantly. She has been to Kaiser who told her there was nothing wrong basically take an aspirin and call me in the morning type answer. But her eyes run water like she is crying constantly. year round. she has had allergy medicine but nothing works. what could this be?

Constant watering from the eyes can be because of obstruction to the flow of tears and is called as epiphora.
