What Causes Constipation Along With Swollen Anal Area?

Hello, I have been having severe constipation and have been seeing a doctor for it. I was told to take an enema because I had not had a movement in almost a month and when I did so I passed a little bit of the impacted stool and then couldn t pass anymore because (what looked like to me) my anal area is completely swollen. I also noticed pretty severe bleeding. Is this a hemorrhoid possibly? Should I go to the ER?

Hemorrhoids
Infected anal gland
Perianal abscess

I would like further information to help you better
Your age weight and sex
Complete medical history like diabetes or thyroid disorder
Since how long you have this problem
Is there associated bleeding with stool
In my opinion you should consult a general surgeon or proctologist for per rectal examination and a battery of tests to confirm the diagnosis

Meanwhile Avoid constipation by taking Laxative or stool softening agents like liquid paraffin.
Have fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have plenty of fluids
