Symptoms you described, including constipation, blood in stool, pain during bowel movements, and changes in stool consistency, could be indicative of various conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or gastrointestinal issues. Need further tests and examinations to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
