Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 29 year old female, 2 C-sections and tubal, regular periods, have history of
constipation, hemorrhoids and
indigestion, bruise easier now, mass in mid-epigastric region, pulsates when laying on back.
As per the history you have provided, constipation is the basic cause of hemorrhoids and indigestion might be the cause or can be effect.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested as also blood and urine.
X-ray and
ultrasound of abdomen,
These will give an idea about possible cause.
A course of an antibiotic,
metronidazole may helps for control of indigestions.
Add on stool softeners and laxatives so that proper bowel movement starts occurring.
Identify the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
Avoid stress and/or
anxiety The pulsations can be felt in the upper abdomen is usually present if you are lean and thin or there is some intervening mass. You can get this confirmed by an Ultrasound or a CT scan. If there is something found so, you can get treated accordingly.
