What Causes Constipation During 9 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi doc im 32 ,5 2'' ,67 kg.im 9 weeks pregnent my problem is constipation which i early also had.im not feeling more hungry &today i had milk & curd after a long time now having loosemotion my doc suggest me liquids ,econorm.Guide me how do deal with my constipation.Thank u

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion constipation is routinely seen in pregnancy.As you have it prior to pregnancy it might be aggravated now.Dont worry .Take adequate fluids.Laxatives might help you.Dont worry.Take high fibre diet .Check for any thyroid abnormality as you have chronic constipation.
