What Causes Constipation, Heartburn And Fluttering In Abdomen?
Hey,I haven't had sex and I haven't missed my period.I have heart burn and constipation though. And I feel fluttering or movements in my abdominal area.It doesn't hurt.I have had these feelings for a month or so but My period always comes and I have never had sex.I am pregnant or is it all in my head?

if u never had Sex and u r having ur regular periods thn how can u be pregnant.constipation and heartburn should be evaluated . u need to take high fiber diet
take plenty of fluids
initially take laxative like lactulose skilax drops.
for heartburn take cap omeprazole 20mg twice a day and tab metocloperamide 10mg twice a day 20min before food.
also take antacid syp like dijex mp
