Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Based on your symptoms I would like to rule out anemia and thyroid disorders.
I recommend :
: a physician consult
-blood tests (
complete blood count count, TSH, free t3, t4, blood glucose panel,
lipid profile, kidney and liver function tests
-electrocardiogram and
echocardiogram (if required)
-an
endoscopy may be necessary to rule out ulcers and
malabsorption syndromes if no other cause can be found
-stay well hydrated. (upto 3 liters a day if there are no contraindications for water intake)
-maintain moderate level of activity.
-eat smaller but frequent meals and never skip meals. Chose bland or mildly flavored diet. Use steamed or boiled foods and avoid spicy, bitter, sugary foods/drinks and alcohol. Avoid caffeine as well (they are all irritants).
-include natural fiber in your diet (leafy greens, whole fruits, vegetables)
Please see a doctor as soon as possible to get it checked out.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
