What Causes Constipation, Loose Stools, Bloating, Anal Fissure After Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy?
I had stapler hemmorhoidechtomy. 3 weeks am still constipated but with loose stools. 2-3 stools per day and still feeling bloated and have urge to go right after defecation. Now have anal fissure due to straining in mornong at tome of defecation. Dont have hard stools but are less in quantity. Morning defecation is usually very difficult and have to force it. Even gas needs to be passed with pressure exertion and is always loud. Please help

Passing the stool three times in day is normal phenomenon and it does not need any treatment. History of hemorrhoidectomy or fissure may not cause the symptom of diarrhea but medicine could cause it if it is taken for this particularly antibiotic, reduce the fat in diet, eat slowly, take care for not to talk while eating.
