What Causes Constipation, Pain And Bleeding After Having C Section?

i had a c section 4 months ago and after for about 3 days i was consterpated and since then i have a very sharp pain like i am passing neddles side ways when i go to loo some times i even bleed. can you tell me what it could be and what i can do to help

Hello,

Constipation, pain, bleeding these are the different conditions, constipation is due to less fiber containing diet, low water intake, medicines (if ever going on ) pain and bleeding of course could be matter of concern.

As matter of fact site of pain gives the clue if this is lower abdomen pain, then it could be due to bladder related, if this is the bleeding per vagina then it demands the medical attention and then pain could be due to that if this is hematuria, then it could be UTI( Urinary tract infection ).

Apart from the constipation symptoms of pain and bleeding need to be worked up for proper causes, you have provided very little information; your detail query will be appreciated.
