What Causes Constipation With A Twine In Stools?

I have been constipated so badly for approx 2 years that I have to disimpact my self twice a day. Today when I was pulling the stool out it felt like I was pulling out a piece of twine like string about 4 inches long. what could this possibly be. It was the same consitancy of regular string

As per our clinical expertise, this issue seems mostly in relation to underlying intestine worms. Must get stool microscopy examination for further management guidelines.
