What Causes Constipation With Itching In Anus?

I am an 18 year old female.

I haven't had a bowel movement since Sunday but have urges daily.

My last bowel movement was diarrhea and was extremely green.

My anus is irritated and somewhat itchy. It also has greenish white cloudy mucus that comes from it.

My vaginal discharge has been foul smelling compared to what is normal, and I have a lot during certain times of day.

My urine has been somewhat cloudy.

Hi,

Some advices that I can give to you are:

- Do a complete blood count.
- Do an urinalysis.

Meanwhile for the constipation some advices are:

- Drink more water.
- Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
- Exercise more.
- Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
- Take senna, an herbal laxative.
- Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
- Use over-the-counter or prescription laxatives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
