For continuous bleeding you can be prescribed Tranexamic acid that is antifibrinolytic drug.
Progesterone help in stopping bleeding which is already given to you.
If no improvement than per speculum examination and trans vaginal USG examination need to be done. Consult gynecologist for examination if needed.
