What Causes Continuous Headache With Hypotension?

hi doctor i want to consult you please / i am a female 28 years old my wt.is 63 kg /my ht. 157 cm i am suffuring from continous headache with hypotention my normal B.P 110/ 70 decling suddenly to 90/60 associated with nausea , dizziness, and facial bone pain specially in the front & cervical regions . i have consulted many doctors without getting clear diagnosis .

Well some of the possible conditions I will explain .

1 . Sinusitis
2. Migraine .
3. Cervical Spondyosis .

SO before advising what test you need to do I need to know what tests or scans have been done till now . If you can kindly upload those reports it would be very helpful for me to make diagnosis . Kindly revert back .
