What Causes Continuous Loss Of Weight?

I have been loosing weight without trying. I have lost 33 pounds in six months. I feel full after eating 1/4 of my normal amount. Sometimes I have to make myself eat and I m still loosing weight. I wore a size 38 pants in Sept. and now I wear a 34 and they are a little loose. I am 68 yrs old. Sometimes I feel very sick, flu like symptions and other times I feel great, tons of energy. I really never know from one day to the next hoe I ll be feeling or if I can eat.
