Hi welcome to the health care magic

Left side chest pain from around three week is not normal....
Your work up needed as follow ....
-Auscultation
-EKG
-Blood pressure measurement
-echocardiography
-troponin estimation If EKG shows ischemic changes

These investigation will able to rule out any cardiac cause if present

If no cardiac cause present than muscular pain, abdominal cause leading referred pain etc ruled out

Take care

According to cause further specific treatment given

Consult pulmonologoist or cardiologist nearby for examination and work up accordingly
