What Causes Continuous Sneezing With Runny Nose?
hello Doc, I have problem of continuous sneezing then right side is runny nose and left side is congested, after sometime the side of my nose which is congested is bleeding. I ve been experiencing this for 5 yrs. now and i have taken citirizine, loratidine and some nasal sprays but it doesn t help at all. I have noticed that everytime I used nasal spray otrivine, salinose is the more my nose gets irritated then I keep on sneezing. I travel a lot because of my work as a journey man.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily &
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily.
Stop using otrivine .
