What Causes Continuous Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, I am 38 year married woman with two children.have vaginal bleeding since last one month continuously. My doctor advised blood test and ultrasound and Tab Tranexa 500. My bleeding has still not stopped. As per ultrasound, I have uterine fibroid 5X4 cm and TSH is 6.8. She has called me again tom. She wants to do pap smear once the bleeding stops . But, that is not happening. Please let me know what treatment i should expect

Hi,

Heavy blood flow in your case is due to fibroid & also it's important to rule out any other underlying pathology. As you are already on tranex, the next step you have to undergo is only PAP smear. Also I advice you to:
1. Take Nutritious diet with proteins
2. Vitamin & calcium supplements
3. PAP smear & breast examination
4. Consult your gynecologist for further assistance.
