Hi, I have gone through your question. Cramps in abdomen are common I'm early pregnancy because the uterus is still adjusting for the fetus inside it.
Progesterone tablets are advisable in such situation, if there is more than tolerable cramping and pain.
Folic acid is recommended in early pregnancy to prevent congenital defects in the fetus.
Role of allylestrenol in treating cramps is not very clear.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
