What Causes Coppery Smell Stool While Suffering From Halitos And Dry Mouth?

Im 47 yr old woman and as of late my stool has been smellin coppery (like a penny). Also I have been suffering severe halitosis and dry mouth. My oral hygene is good....brush 2-3 times daily and floss. I dont breathe thru my mouth. What can cause all this?

Thank for your query.
Noted your finding of stool smelling coppery like a penny, severe halitosis and dry mouth. Oral hygiene is good, brush and floss regularly and do not breath through mouth.
The most probable causes are as follows:
There may be an infection in the intestinal canal that is causing the stool smell so .
There can be sinusitis or so that is causing you halitosis and smell the stool weird.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Get the stool tested.
Blood tests for CBC and diabetes.
CT scan of the PNS and
An opinion of an ENT Surgeon.
This will get you the proper diagnosis and the plan to treat properly.
