What Causes Cough Along With Fatigue And Nausea?

I had a low grade fever for over a week with cough, fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath, chills and sweating. At day 9, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was given Levaquin 750 mg 1 time daily for 5 days. It is now 3 days after my last antibiotic and my temp is back to normal, breathing is better, fatigue comes and goes, no more chills but I still have nausea and I break out in sweats whenever I do anything (like sometimes just walking to the bathroom and back). Is it normal or expected that I will still have sweating (including night sweats) and nausea for a time after the fever is resolved? How long should I expect these symptoms to continue?

You should again consult your chest physician & get a chest xray done, to see whether your pneumonia has been resolved or not...because some atypical infection may not respond or partially respond to an antibiotic. So consult your chest physician
