And usually allergic skin manifestations are numerous in different parts of the body. So your bruise doesn t seem connected with the other symptoms. Cough can come from different causes including: allergic, infective etc. You need to check it with your doctor, in case it persists. The dizziness you have been experiencing, needs attention especially in presence of other symptoms or when you have had it for more than a couple of days.
