I have extreme phlegm buildup followed by a cough, occasionally a runny nose and watery eyes. In the middle of the night I sometimes wake up out of my sleep because I find it hard to swallow and my nose gets stuffy. I lost my voice a few times in the past couple of weeks this has been going on. I ve tried cough syrup, allergy pills, tea with honey, and this has been persistent for 2 going on 3 weeks.
