Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It sounds like two different problems. It is not uncommon for excessive coughing to cause vomiting. In conjunction with diarrhea it is suggestive of a viral infection (unless you have fever or bloody stools). The bright blood on wiping could be a result of diarrhea with perianal irritation. What is your age and for how long have you had diarrhea?

Hope I have answered your query.

It can be viral enteritis along with respiratory involvement. Rabeprazole OD for week can be prescribed as antacid.
Avoid excess spicy foods.
Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach.
Drink more water.
Local rectal examination can be done to check piles, polyp, proctitis etc, if present.

Hope I have answered your query.
