What Causes Coughing Up Of Black Spit And Gagging?
I am a smoker I am 21 I have been smoking weed since I was 16 years old... I have been noticing that every time I brush my teeth & when I brush my tongue I cough up this black spit & I almost gag a little... I m also on medication I have sezuries as well I don t know what it could be from??

Hi. Black spit can be blood mixed with acid in your stomach. It could also mean clotted blood from somewhere in the throat. See your physician and have this evaluated.
