Hello welcome to the health care magic

Your work up should be done as follow..
_Auscultation
_CBC
_chest x ray

If x ray shows consolidation or if high total count with neutrophilia present antibiotic needs to be prescribed

Without delay you should consult pulmonologoist for examination

It seems to be acute bronchitis or pneumonia like condition

Hope this information will be beneficial to you

Take care
