Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m 20 years old and my bones see always cracking for instance when i stand up when i move a certain way sitting down an even if i turn sometimes when walking my knees or hip will pop it doesn t hurt or cause discomfort but it is loud an alot more than i think is normal
The cracking sound is actually ligaments snapping over bones at the joints. In moderation, it is not a problem, but if it is persistent, it can cause joint problems later in life. Stretching exercises should help to reduce this.
All the best.
