What Causes Cramping After A Period With Back Pain?
I am 36 years old, have always had regular periods with cramping (a week prior and the first couple of days into my period). My last period I had severe cramping the 2 days after my period ended. I have a ParaGard (copper) IUD. I am experiencing lower back pain as well.

Slight delay in the periods can be due to stress or hormonal disturbance. Cramping can be due to various reasons like fibroid, infection , endometriosis or intrauterine device.
